Tap the center button at the bottom of the screen for a quick log, or open the log sheet to set the exact product, amount, and time. Your Home screen shows today's total and recent activity.
Logging, cravings tools, the quit assist, and flavor and price tracking are free. Nic IQ Pro adds the live projected-level graph, the usage heatmap, daily-uses breakdown by strength, interval goals, and spending and cost insights.
Open the app, tap "Go Pro," and choose a monthly or annual plan. New subscribers get a 14-day free trial. To manage or cancel, go to Settings on your iPhone, tap your name, tap Subscriptions, and select Nic IQ.
If you cancel before your 14-day free trial ends, you won't be charged. Cancel any time in your Apple ID Subscriptions settings. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
Open the app, go to the More tab, and tap "Restore purchases." Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID you used to subscribe.
Everything you enter stays on your device. We don't run servers that collect it, and we never sell your data. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Make sure notifications are turned on in the app's Settings, and that Nic IQ is allowed to send notifications in your iPhone's Settings. Note that reminders appear when the app is closed or in the background, not while you're actively using it.
